We know you are counting on PNE to provide the quality propane products and services to support your businesses. Our entire team is focused on this and we wanted to outline how we are navigating the dynamic situation caused by COVID-19.

Each part of our business has continuity plans. To boost our resilience many of our office-based employees have been mandated to work from home. In addition, our extensive, geographically diverse supply, distribution and sales networks will help us manage interruptions to our business and maintain our service to you.

We have increased sanitization practices across our operations in our offices, depots and truck delivery fleet. We have implemented an employee air travel ban, introduced mandatory self-isolation where appropriate, and required employees to stay away from work if they are unwell.

Our Pandemic Response Team is closely monitoring recommendations from public health organizations such as Health Canada, the World Health Organization and government agencies. We trust these organizations to make the right decisions at the right time and are paying attention to their advice.

The unprecedented environment that we are experiencing is dynamic and ever changing and our team is meeting daily to closely monitor employee health and review safety precautions. We will communicate updates as any changes to our operations occur. Currently, PNE is operating at full capacity across our operations. Demands are higher but PNE is well positioned to meet those increased demands.
